Brunel University appointed Communications Management in July 2009 to support the profile-raising of its research excellence and research potential and to help enhance the University's overall corporate positioning.

Strategy

We are delivering a high profile media coverage programme in national, professional and sector media. We have generated coverage for the University's research portfolio including engineering and design, health sciences and social care, law, social sciences, sport and education, and for the Business School. We also delivered a bespoke PR campaign for the University's annual Made in Brunel design show in June 2010.

Impact

More than 80 pieces of in-depth national media coverage in Year 1, and international exposure as far afield as China and Australia.
