
RebusHR sees HR outsourcing take off

Communications Management was tasked to promote RebusHR as a supplier of HR services – more than just a payroll software provider.
Strategy
Communications Management focused on showing how RebusHR’s services delivered real business benefits and positioned them as a ‘thought leaders’ through reports and case studies to highlight the company’s internal expertise.
Communications Management also co-ordinated the production of supplements in Personnel Today magazine.
Impact
Over £900,000 of new business was directly tracked back to the leads generated from PR activity.
Brand awareness amongst senior HR professionals rose from 57% to 69% within one year. Of those who were aware of RebusHR, 56% now knew of the company’s HR outsourcing capability (previously 37%). At the end of two years, RebusHR was one of the top three brands in its sector in the UK along with global giants PeopleSoft and SAP.
275 articles were placed in key media titles–30 national press, 130 HR press and 62 professional/management press. Over 450 leads were generated specifically from PR activity.
As a result of all this favourable publicity, the company came to the attention of, and was acquired by, Northgate Information Systems.
