Accor Services Engagement White Paper

Issue
A key organisational objective for our client Accor Services in 2008 was the need to start bringing together the newly acquired organisations under the Accor Services brand and provide a strong platform on which to develop the business.

Strategy
We recommended the development of a research-based white paper to demonstrate the thought leadership and combined expertise of Accor Services and its acquisitions Capital Incentives and Motivano and build their joint reputations among the HR and benefits community. We identified employee engagement as the issue on which to develop the white paper – ‘Reward to Engage: Rewards, benefits and employee engagement’ in today’s organisations.

Impact
1500 HR, benefits and payroll professionals requested a copy of the white paper and were then atergeted as new business leads. Over 20 media articles in a range of HR-focused publications were published and coverage is still being secured on the back of the white paper.
