Communications Management MD, Pam Calvert, has won the Best Boss category of the national Enterprising Women awards, announced this week, 24^th November. She was also runner up in the High Flier section of the awards.

Enterprising Women is a membership organization representing 7000 female entrepreneurs nationally. It provides support, information, help, training, inspiration, mentoring, news, business partners and networking events.

Commenting on the awards, Pam said: “This is a fantastic accolade. I’m passionate about making our company a great place to work where people feel valued and supported in their work and where they get great challenges, responsibility and learning. Seeing people grow and develop is one of the best parts of my job so it’s wonderful to win an award like this.”

Earlier this year the company was also awarded one of only two gold medals in the PR Week Best Places to Work Awards.
