About Helen

Leading our PR operation for higher education clients, Helen draws on her prior experience as a Senior Communications Officer in City University London where she spent five years working across the University and within the prestigious Cass Business School.

She leads and manages retained PR programmes and campaigns (including managing international campaigns with our partner agencies) and she provides strategic counsel across a range of communications disciplines. Helen frequently participates in major education conferences – including the British Council’s Going Global annual higher education conference and the events programme of Universities UK.

Helen recently acted as media director for the Arctic change summit of the World Economic Forum 2017 in Davos – while also working for the Pentland Centre for climate and sustainability research at Lancaster University, which played a leading role in the Forum. Working with Goldsmiths, University of London to deliver a PR campaign designed to increase NSS (student feedback) scores, the ‘Make It Happen’ campaign resulted in one of the country’s highest increases in student satisfaction ratings. During her early career Helen was a qualified equine instructor and worked with Cheltenham Gold Cup winning trainer Mark Bradstock.
